The Government intends to solicit for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at Ports of Virginia (Norfolk International Terminals Hampton Roads Harbor, Portsmouth Marine Terminal, Newport News Marine Terminal). The Peiod of Performance for this requirement is 19 Aug 19 to 17 Feb 21, which includes a six-month extension of services.
