Contractor shall provide Air Charter Services to Undersea Warfighting Development Center Detachment Arctic Submarine Laboratory. Air carrier must be a Department of Defense (DOD) Approved Commercial Air Carrier, and conduct operations from Deadhorse Airport (SCC/PASC) and support flights to ice floes approximately 150 to 225 nautical miles from the airport in the northern direction. The aircraft must be equipped with GPS, navigation, and communication equipment. Projected service period is 15-18 February 2019. Projected service duration is four consecutive flight days. Projected total of twenty (20) flight hours.
