The contractor shall furnish boxes appropriate to transport RMW (including sharps) and pathological waste and provide collection and disposal services of RMW material and pathological waste IAW all federal, state, and local laws. We plan to issue a Single-Award indefinite Delivery Quantity Contract with a base year with 4 option years Ammended solicitation to add a revised PWS updating place of performance.
