The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to extend the quote due date from 30 June 2025 to 07 July 2025; this does not affect the period for when site visits may be completed. The purpose of Amendments 0001 and 0002 to the solicitation were to address address questions and provide responses. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement; quotes are being requested, and a separate notice requesting for quotes will not be issued for this requirement. The Defense Centers for Public Health - Aberdeen (DCPH-A) require insect and rodent control services for a new lab facility to have a clean healthy environment for its occupants. Traps are to be placed inside of 16 perimeter doors, 5 break rooms, and 36 specific rooms. Outside bait stations shall be provided for inside 2 dumpster bay doors and at least 18 bait stations around the 1,759ft perimeter of the 122,824sqft first floor of building E2850. The Contractor shall visit the DCPH-A Laboratory Building E-2850 at least on a monthly basis to empty and/or replace traps as needed and also provide a monthly report of the types and quantity of pests found.
