The objective of this requirement is to procure a Brand name or equivalent of Ambr 250 high throughput bioreactor by Sartorius Stedim NA as new technology to improve the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) Pilot Bioproduction Facility’s (PBF) on-site monoclonal antibodies production capabilities. The bioreactor shall include the high throughput workstation with 12 bioreactor stations, system computer, software, system installation, External Sampling Monitor (ESM), chiller, auto cleaning-in place (CIP) module, head space gassing, qualification, and a 12-month warranty and first year service and support package, including access to a dedicated support team with comprehensive reaction time commitment and preventive maintenance, and training for two operators.
