The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, IAW 10 United States Code 2304(c)(1) as implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1), to Nelson Scientific Labs, LLC, 7811 Montrose Rd Ste 250, Potomac MD 20854, as the only responsible source that can provide the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR), laboratory analysis in metabolomics assays on human serum samples in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
