This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT942524Q2001. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 are incorporated. The U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense (USAMRICD) has a requirement for the delivery of 2 custom NHP cage units in accordance with the Minimum Essential Characteristics (MECs in the RFQ). The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the cages as outlined in the MECs.
