This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Defense Centers for Public Health - Aberdeen (DCPH-A) is part of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and focuses on epidemiology, laboratory sciences, occupational health sciences, public health information and toxicology to enhance readiness and assure the quality and effectiveness of the Public Health Enterprise. DCPH-A has a current non-personal services requirement for the analysis of radiological samples for various parameters in support of the DCPH-A mission. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please see attachments for further details and instructions.
