The Response Due Date remains unchanged.**The Defense Centers for Public Health - Aberdeen (DCPH-A) is part of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and focuses on epidemiology, laboratory sciences, occupational health sciences, public health information and toxicology to enhance readiness and assure the quality and effectiveness of the Public Health Enterprise. The DCPH-A has a current non-personal services requirement for Per-and polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) Sample Analysis Analytical Services on a drinking water matrix for PFAS contamination. The service will support sampling efforts at various Installation Management Command (IMCON) locations. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Questions Due Date: Questions shall be submitted to the primary point-of-contact, Mr. Brandon Roebuck, brandon.m.roebuck.civ@health.mil, and Mr. Jesse Nisley, jesse.d.nisley.civ@health.mil, no later than 20 August 2024 at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Questions received after this date and time will not be accepted or addressed. The POC for the delivery of the quote is the Contract Specialist, Mr. Brandon Roebuck through the Solicitation module in PIEE (https://piee.eb.mil/). The Offeror is responsible for ensuring receipt of the quote by the POC. No telephone calls will be accepted. Please refer to the Attachments included for further details.
