The government?s intent to carry out environmental and operational testing. The purpose of this testing is to evaluate each device?s ability to function successfully in austere environment. NOTE: Once the environmental and operational testing has concluded, the government?s intent is to issue a direct sole source procurement for additional microscopes over a set period of time. Note: Solicitation is titled: HT9425-24-R-0099. However, this is a Request for Proposal-RFQ.
