The U.S. Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory (USAARL) requires procurement ofbullet-resistant collapsible partition shielding to be placed around the ballistics researchrange while it is in use, and stored while the range is not in use. The shielding should becertified as a National Institute of Justice (NIJ) Level III-A material. It is required toprotect equipment within the surrounding area from possible spall or fragmentation thatmight be produced from testing.Please see full requirements for the partition shielding in the attached MEC.
