Amendment 0005 has extended the quote due date to 08:00 AM, 30 April 2024. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other solicitation will be issued. The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) requests responses from vendors capable of performing industrial hygiene sample analysis in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a requirement issued under a full and open solicitation. All capable vendors are encouraged to submit a quote. Please see the attached documents for details on this requirement, how quotes shall be submitted, and how evaluations will take place. *Please note that there are system issues with posting Amendments through the Solicitation module in PIEE.
