VSP has two facilities; facility one has one tunnel washer and two rack washers with the bulk tank area being approximately 100 ft from equipment location; facility two has two rack washers with the bulk storage tanks within 20 feet of the equipment. In addition, ICD has one facility with two rack washers with the bulk storage tanks within 10 feet of the equipment.
