This notice announces the intent by the U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) in support of the US Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine (USARIEM) to procure Statistical Analysis System (SAS) renewal, Base year plus four (4) option years without competition as prescribed in FAR 5.102(a)(6) and 5.203(a). The Sole Source vendor is Executive Information Systems, LLC. USARIEM requires updates/support for Statistical Analysis System (SAS) Software for the period of performance (POP) of 1 July 2023 - 30 June 2024 as the base year, and four additional option years. USARIEM will be maintaining its 30 user license for all current products except for a 10 user license for IML and a 20 user Access to PC File Format. SAS is a software suite developed by SAS Institute for advanced analytics, multivariate analyses, business intelligence, data management, and predictive analytics. SAS is a software suite that can mine, alter, manage and retrieve data from a variety of sources and perform statistical analysis on it. SAS provides a graphical point-and-click user interface for non-technical users and more advanced options through the SAS programming language.
