The DHA National Museum of Health and Medicine (NMHM) has a current requirement for preventive maintenance of their existing security/alarm system in building 178, located at 178 Smith Drive, and building 2500, located at 2500 Linden Lane, United States Army Garrison-Forest Glen (USAG-FG) Annex, Silver Spring, MD 20910. This requirement will enable the NMHM to adequately sustain daily operations at NMHM as it relates to the alarm system, automated entry system, intrusion detection system, security cameras, and exhibits cases with zero or minimal downtime and functionality through a comprehensive physical security preventive maintenance and repair service contract. These services shall include an initial site visit and subsequent annual site visits to physically inspect, test, and analyze system functionality, update software, identify and resolve anomalies, and make repairs if necessary.AMENDMENT 0001 - Question and Answers (Please see attachment)
