This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99. This is an unrestricted procurement. The relevant NAICS code is 721110. The contents of this solicitation (RFQ) are as follows: RFQ with Performance Work Statement (PWS) RFQ Attachment 1 – OCI RFQ Attachment 2 – Pricing Sheet RFQ Attachment 3 - NDA RFQ Questions may be submitted to the Government Point of Contact (POC), Ms. Alana M.
