USAMRICD already has 25 perpetual licenses with this software; this requirement is solely for annual maintenance of the software. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
