Services are currently being provided by FlowJo, LLC under contract W81XWH-21-P-0029. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) has a requirement for the renewal of 25 FlowJo Software Licenses. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 – Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. A copy of the combined synopsis/solicitation is attached. This is an Open-Market, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) RFQ and is being solicited as BRAND NAME ONLY. This solicitation was prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 effective 10/01/2025. This is a 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code, applicable to this solicitation, is 513210 with an industry size standard of $47.0M and the associated Product Service Code (PSC) is DA10.
