USAMRAA is issuing this Notice to gauge if there are multiple vendors interested in proposing for this requirement, "Joint Trauma Analysis and Prevention of Injury in Combat (JTAPIC) Internal Program Management Support (JIPMS) in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA)/ Research and Development (R&D) - Medical Research and Development Command (MRDC)". This RFI/SS is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. This RFI/SS is to aid the Government in determining if there are qualified non-personal service providers that can provide support for JIPMS.
