The JTAPIC program requires program management, operations, intelligence and liaison support services to integrate all combat incidents - supported by the JTAPIC Internal Program Management Support (JIPMS) team. The services required by JTAPIC are determined to be severable. The requirements are organized into four (4) objectives outlined in PWS Sections 3.1-3.4 and will be provided in three locations: the National Capital Region, Fort Detrick, MD; MacDill Air Force Base (AFB), Tampa, FL; and Fort Sam Houston, TX. *******Amendment 1, issued on 4 August 2025, answers questions that were received before the deadline. See the attachment titled, "Amendment 1 to RFP HT9425-25-R-E001. Attachments A and B are updated accordingly. A new Draft DD254 attachment is also included.******* *******Amendment 2, issued on 11 August 2025, corrects an error in the PoC's email address in Attachment B. The submission deadline is extended by one day with proposals due on 12 August 2025 at 1400 Eastern Time. The Solicitation attachment and Attachment B are updated to reflect the revised date. There is a statement added to Attachment B that clarifies that Amendment 2 does not need to be acknowledged when submitting.*******
