Integrated Clinical Systems (ICS) requests to award a new, firm- fixed price contract for the procurement of Enterprise Dose Monitoring Maintenance. This is for maintenance of an existing software that provides radiation dose monitoring for all patients and staff in accordance with Federal Regulation (Title 10 Chapter 1 Part 20 Subpart C – Occupational Dose Limits). The maintenance shall provide application and technical support for the Radimetrics Licensed Software as well as provide equipment service including parts and labor for the physical servers hosting the Licensed Software. Managed services to promote Radimetrics data integrity and organization shall be included. Platform support for associated firmware and software shall be provided. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Enterprise Dose Monitoring System SW/HW Maintenance and Updates for all government-owned equipment listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Attachment 1 – Equipment List. The contractor shall perform all maintenance and software updates in accordance with the standards defined in the PWS.
