Request for Information (RFI) Cedex Bio Bioprocess Analyzer General Information: This is an RFI as defined in FAR 15.201(e) to identify vendors that can provide the capabilities described herein. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI will be treated as business confidential information. Nonetheless, submitters should properly mark their responses if the information is confidential. Background/Overview: The purpose of this requirement is to supply WRAIR with a bioprocess analyzer for use in GMP manufacturing process development activities.. In order to achieve the objectives of providing scalable and GMP manufacturable processes for vaccines and biologics, WRAIR provides process development support to include development and characterization of new processes for bacterial and mammalian cell culture. In order to provide a well defined repeatable process WRAIR requires a bioprocess analyzer capable of measuring cell culture conditions throughout the growth process to assess osmolality, glutamine/glutamate, glucose, lactate, IgG, and other metabolites to assess the health of the culture.
