The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity Healthcare Contracting Division – West, Bldg 339 Clark Road, Ft Shafter, HI 96858, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Firm Fixed-Prices for Medical Gases for Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital, Camp Humphreys, Korea. The solicitation number for this request for quotation (RFQ) is HT941026QE006. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01.
