Notice ID:HT941026RFI0009

The Defense Health Agency is seeking market research for comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance of Electronic Security Systems (ESS) at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton and its associated branch clinics. The contractor must provide all personnel, management, tools, and materials to maintain and repair platforms such as Avigilon, Lenel, Genetec, Hirsch, Bosch, and Stentofone. The anticipated period of performance is a 3-month base period plus four 12-month option periods. Interested parties must hold an active California C10 or C7 contractor license and have technicians with current manufacturer-authorized certifications for the listed ESS platforms. The ESS network is standalone and closed-loop, so standard IT/cybersecurity requirements like RMF, CMMC, and SAAR do not apply.
