The Defense Health Agency is conducting market research for comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance of Electronic Security Systems at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton and its associated branch clinics. The contractor would provide all personnel, management, tools, and materials to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the integrated physical security infrastructure, including OEM platforms such as Avigilon, Lenel, Genetec, Hirsch, Bosch, and Stentofone. This is a non-personal services contract with an anticipated period of performance of a 3-month base period plus four 12-month option periods. Interested parties must demonstrate a State of California C10 or C7 contractor license, manufacturer-authorized certifications for the specified platforms, relevant system experience, emergency response radius capability, and a 45-day phase-in/transition approach. The ESS network is a standalone, closed-loop system, so many standard IT/cybersecurity requirements are not applicable; full scope and response instructions are provided in the attached RFI and PWS.
