This contract covers comprehensive on-site surgical instrument repair, sharpening, maintenance, and refurbishment for the Sterile Processing Department at Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center (MOMMC), Nellis AFB, including up to 300 surgical instrument sets, rigid containers, mobile equipment, and positioning devices. Services also include inspection of case carts, instrument tracking support, staff education, and testing of electrocautery instruments, with repair visits occurring bi-monthly over four consecutive days averaging 12-14 sets per day. The vendor may provide up to $500 in replacement common stock instruments per bimonthly visit for items deemed non-repairable. The period of performance runs from September 1, 2026 through February 29, 2032, including a base year and option years. Repair technicians must hold HSPA CCSVP certification, and all work will be performed on-site at MOMMC during client-approved hours.
