This opportunity is for a medical courier service to transport approximately 7–8 specimens per day (frozen, refrigerated, or ambient) from the 355th Medical Group at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, AZ, to the VA Southern Arizona Health Care facility in Tucson, AZ. The base period of performance is 18 October 2026 through 17 October 2027, with four additional one-year option periods available. The contract is a 100% small business set-aside and will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract based on best value considering technical acceptability, corporate experience, transition and schedule approach, price, and past performance. No specific budget amount is provided; pricing must cover all labor, vehicles, fuel, insurance, supplies, and other costs. The contractor must coordinate a seamless transition with the incumbent upon award and with any successor contractor during the last 30 days of performance.
