Defense Health Agency (DHA) Healthcare Contracting Division – West (HCD-W) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following: To procure a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP), personal services contract. The contractor shall provide qualified personnel, services, materials, equipment, supplies and facilities necessary to perform facilities Custodial Services, Food Waste Collection and Disposal Services and Medical Waste Collection, Transportation and Disposal Services at Commander, Fleet Activities Chinhae (Chinhae, Republic of Korea (ROK)) Medical Clinic BLDG. 502. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those included in Section 6 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
