The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity – West intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement to CAMS-care, LLC for Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) training and consultation services for Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC). CAMS-care is the sole owner of the copyrighted CAMS Framework®, Suicide Status Form, and CAMS-Brief Intervention curricula, and it does not license third parties to deliver the required certification training, workshops, or fidelity evaluations. The required services will be performed at Tripler Army Medical Center, Department of Mental Health, 1 Jarrett White Road, Tripler Army Medical Center, HI 96859. The period of performance is a 5-year ordering period from 30 September 2026 to 29 September 2031. Market research indicates CAMS-care, LLC is the only source capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements, and this notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
