The Contractor shall provide reliable, ‘turnkey’ internet & cable service at the required dedicated bandwidth to separate Government sites within Guam (as specified in Tables 1&2 in Technical Exhibit 3 of the Performance Work Statement). These servicesshall provide dedicated commercial internet connectivity and shall be completelyindependent from and not interfere with, violate, interconnect with, or otherwise be associated with any other Government network or other communications systems present (i.e. NIPR, SIPR, DSN, CENTRIXS). The solicitation amendment: (1) replaces the existing performance work statement with a revised one. The revised performance work statement made changes to paragraphs 4.3.6 and 4.4.3 and is attached to this notice; and (2) attaches the "questions and answers" that have been generated regarding this requirement.
