Competitive quotes are being requested under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HT941025Q2051 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 334515 and the size standard is 750 employees. This procurement will be competed as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. Biomedical Equipment Repairs test measurement and diagnostic equipment’s (TMDE) annual inspection, preventive maintenance (PM), Calibration consists of 171 pieces of equipment that is vital to keeping Naval Medical Center San Diego running in compliance with the Joint Commission and ensure the patient safety. Per DHA guidelines and the Joint Commission medical equipment must have periodic maintenance in order to give patient care. Biomedical Repairs TMDE is due to receive scheduled Preventive Maintenance within the month of May and again in November . A Complete maintenance and calibration service by highly trained and certified personnel is required to ensure that all medical equipment to include high risk life support medical equipment are functioning within manufacture’s specifications.
