The Government intends to award three (3) new five (5)-year firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). See attached HT941025Q2019 CSS Japan Medical Gases for more information. The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to: A. Update FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Sep 2023) to extend the solicitation close date: Quotations must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. Pacific on Thursday, May 29, 2025; B. Update HT941025Q2019 Attach 1 Statement of Work to include BHC Atsugi and Camp Camp Fugi and update Misawa delivery information; C. Update HT941025Q2019 Attach 2 Quote Sheet to add "Cover Sheet" tab, include BHC Atsugi and Camp Fuji, remove some welding/idustrial gases, and update valve replacement information. D. All other paragraphs, provisions, and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged.
