The requirement is for a supply purchase order contract of the cost-per-reportable results (CPPR) reagents, controls, and consumables to provide coagulation testing at Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms (NHTP). As an inclusive cost to this supply contract, the vendor shall provide two (2) analyzers, quality controls, training, maintenance and repair, accessories, and any other service items required for the proper operation of the analyzers and necessary for the generation of a patient reportable result consumables utilized by the Laboratory Department at NHTP. The Government intends to award a 6-month base plus 12-month four (4) option periods for this firm-fixed-price contract.
