This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract and is not a request for competitive quotes. Reference#: HT941025N0076 Sustainment Technologies, LLC 1733 Briarcrest DR STE 101 Bryan, Texas 77802-2738, United States The objective of this sole source award repair/preventive maintenance of STERIS AMSCO 400 16/20 with the Serial # 030972009 located in the Dental Department 9th Medical Group (MDG) Beale AF to ensure dependable and reliable equipment operation. On-site services shall be within twenty-four (24) hours of request for repair and/or maintenance. THE STERILIZER SUPPORTED THE DENTAL CLINIC WITH 5.9 THOUSAND APPOINTMENTS, PRODUCING 2.3 MILLION DOLLARS IN CARE FOR 3.2 THOUSAND JOINT SERVICE MEMBERS. The scope of work performed under these specifications includes the furnishing of all labor, and parts to perform all repairs and maintenance on equipment listed, to assure continued operation at their designed efficiency and capacity. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
