The Defense Health Agency, Western Markets Contracting Division hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Priced purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to INVENTRIX INC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b); Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions under FAR Part 13 apply. The period of performance is 24 March 2025 to 23 March 2029. INVENTRIX INC will provide customer service support and maintenance for LABTRAC Enterprise located at Naval Medical Readiness Training Unit Naval Base San Diego Regional Dental Lab, effective date shall be from date of award and shall extend for period of one year from such date. The vendor shall provide software and hardware and the storage area network throughout the San Diego region, customer care maintenance, product updates, upgrades, and technical support services for the LABTRAC System. A technical support service extends to the version, revision level, and maintenance releases for the INVENTRIX, Labtrac System. The applicable PSC is DA10. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210 and the size standard is $47.0 (million). This is not a request for quotes. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis. Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than 4:00PM PDT on March 20, 2025. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
