It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective 05/22/2024. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334510. The size standard is 1,250. This is 100% set aside for small business. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The contractor shall provide and install an audiometric booth for the purposes of administering hearing tests.
