The requirement is for a supply purchase order contract of the cost-per-reportable results (CPPR) reagents and consumables/disposable items to provide laboratory automated cell counting hematology testing at Naval Hospital Bremerton (NHB) and Naval Health Clinic Everett (NHCE), Washington. As an inclusive cost to this supply contract, the vendor shall provide the analyzer, standards, quality controls, parts, accessories, and any other items required for the proper operation of the analyzer and necessary for the generation of a patient reportable result consumables utilized by the Laboratory Department at NHB and NHCE. The Government intends to award a 12-month base plus 12-month four (4) option periods for this firm-fixed-price contract.
