NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT941024Q2038. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03 effective 02/23/2024 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change 03/26/2024. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 811210. The size standard is 34.0 (Millions of Dollars). This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement is for Non-Personal Services. Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Western Markets Contracting Division requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following: The Naval Hospital Bremerton requires that the Contractor must meet or exceed the minimum requirements stated in the attached statement of work (SOW). The requirement is for a non-personal services contract for annual service/maintenance, calibrations, and regular testing. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and services to perform the necessary maintenances, or replacement of parts as defined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall provide at least one onsite PM/Calibration and one depot PM/calibration services annually to make sure equipment is operating at its optimum level. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the services for Naval Hospital Bremerton as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this SOW.
