NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT941024Q2037. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 effective 02/23/2024. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561720. The size standard is $22.0 (Millions of Dollars). This is an unrestricted procurement, inviting full and open competition. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement is for non-personal services. Defense Health Agency (DHA) Western Markets Contracting Division requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following: Custodial services for 374th Medical Group, Yokota Airbase for the beautification of rooms, warehouse, patient area, and other areas indicated in the PWS. This requirement covers non-personal services for all management, labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, and materials, to provide complete medical housekeeping services for medical facilities on Yokota Air Base. The contractor will be required to provide services for a base period and four (4) one year option periods, 7/1/2024 to 6/30/2029.
