The Defense Health Agency, Western Markets Contracting Division hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Priced purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to CEPHEID under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b); Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. The period of performance is 1 Feb 2024 to 31 Jan 2029. CEPHEID will be tasked to provide services maintenances for two (2) Cepheid GeneXpert laboratory systems which require routine maintenance from the manufacturer for the following: -Cepheid GeneXpert laboratory systems (Item number GX44A1Y/ Serial Number 838939 -Cepheid GeneXpert laboratory systems (Item number GX44A1Y/ Serial Number 846932 The applicable PSC is J066. The applicable NAICS Code is 811210 and the size standard is $34.0 (million). This is not a request for quotes. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis.
