The purpose of this Request for Information notice is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist and to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Western Markets Contracting Division (WMCD)– San Diego, California, is seeking potential sources to provide professional medical services and medical support services for the Department of Defense (DOD) Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) located Outside of the Continental U.S. (OCONUS) Japan including but not limited to: AFMS 374th Medical Group, Yokota Air Base, Japan; AFMS the 35th Misawa Medical Group, Japan and U.S. Navy Hospitals in Yokosuka.
