Proposal includes NVR and licenses, installation, programming, demonstration with the owner and (4) hours of training. 1.5.3 Maintenance: (Yearly) a. Ensure cameras are performing at an optimal level. b. Ensure that material is cleaned. c. Ensure all licensing is updated to current standards. d. Inspect the installed system configurations, functionality, and visual output. Shall verify that the system is running at full operating capacity. 1.5.3 Support: a. 24- hour response time for troubleshooting issues. b. Handle any troubleshooting issues within normal business hours.
