Naval Medical Center San Diego requires the providing custom Dental TAP, TAP 3, TAP 3 TL, TAP 3 ELITE APNEA Appliance, EMA Sleep APNEA Appliance, PMMA Night guard, Milled Dental restorations, Printed restorations Model, Digital Wax up, Flexible Partials, Denture teeth, Acrylic Appliances, Ceramic Restorations, Implant Restorations. Surgical planning/Restoration, Full Cast Restorations, Cast Dental restorations and Custom PRD (Removal Partial Denture) Frames Device required hereunder shall be performed in accordance with this Statement of Work in accordance with all other terms and conditions set forth herein. Contractor shall provide all services, materials and equipment necessary for the custom and preventive maintenance of TAP, TAP 3, TAP 3 TL, TAP 3 ELITE APNEA Appliance, EMA Sleep APNEA Appliance, PMMA Night guard, Milled Dental restorations, Printed restorations Model, Digital Wax up, Flexible Partials, Denture teeth, Acrylic Appliances, Ceramic Restorations, Implant Restorations, Surgical Planning/Restorations, Full Cast Restorations, Cast Dental restorations and Custom PRD(Removal Partial Denture) Frames Device that are dependable and reliable for individual custom appliance. The scope of work performed under these specifications includes the furnishing of all labor, and parts to perform all appliance listed, to assure continued operation at their designed efficiency and capacity.
