The Defense Health Agency – Healthcare Contracting Division – South intends to award a sole-source contract to INO Therapeutics LLC for inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) for the Department of Medicine at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The period of performance is January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, plus four option years. The contractor would supply 800 ppm inhaled nitric oxide, a specialized delivery device meeting iNO product label criteria, maintenance and calibration items, accessories, disposable supplies, and support services including training, maintenance, and pickup/delivery logistics. The notice is intended to confirm whether other capable sources exist and whether competition would be beneficial and not cost or schedule prohibitive.
