Defense Health Agency seeks a contractor to provide nutrition care and food management services at five military medical treatment facilities in California, Missouri, Kansas, Georgia, and New York. Performance includes a transition period in November 2026, a base period from December 2026 through September 2027, and two 12-month options through September 2029. The contract will be firm-fixed-price with a set monthly price per facility. The Randolph-Sheppard Act applies, giving priority to State Licensing Agencies, but the solicitation is full-and-open with small business participation as an evaluation criterion for other offerors.
