The Defense Health Agency intends to issue a sole-source contract to Sodexo Management, Inc. for dietitian, food preparation, and facility sanitation services at medical treatment facilities in West Point, New York; Fort Stewart, Georgia; Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri; Fort Riley, Kansas; and Fort Irwin, California. The period of performance for this sole-source contract is from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026. The Government's intent is to transition these services to a long-term competitive contract starting 1 July 2026. A new contractor would require a minimum of one month to complete transition-in requirements. Any firm believing it can meet all requirements by 1 April 2026 may submit a written response with supporting evidence.
