This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Drying Cleaning and Laundry Services in support of the 47th Medical Group, Laughlin AFB, Del Rio, TX. See the attached RFQ and supplemental documentation. A formal Question and Answer period will not be initiated for this requirement. An extension to the proposal due date is not expected as this requirement must be urgently fulfilled to meet the needs of the Medical Group. This is an excepted activity as determined by the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) Director/Commander. During lapse in appropriation for FY26, this requirement is solicitated as an excepted activity. Please note that award will be made for this requirement without FY2026 funding until such time as Congress passes either a new appropriations budget or a continuing resolution. Any offeror receiving the award will be required to accept the work subject to availability of funds.
