Courier Service for Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Medical Centers: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research, identifying interested parties and their capability to provide Courier Services for JBSA Medical Centers IAW the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Responses to this notice will be considered and will help the Government dictate a path forward. This will be a 100% total small business set-aside. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Responses to Notice: Responses to this notice shall be limited to three pages and submitted by email to Contract Specialist, James Johnson (james.l.johnson280.civ@health.mil), and Contracting Officer, Joe Wells (joe.d.wells3.civ@health.mil). Any questions may be directed to the points of contact listed above. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 492110 with a Small Business Size Standard of less than 1,500 employees. The Product Service Code is R602. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size/socioeconomic status in their response under the applicable NAICS of 492110. Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the items described herein. Responses from interested vendors should address the following items: Confirmation that your company can provide the requested items in the PWS. Provide company socio-economic status (i.e. Small, Small Disadvantages Women-Owned, etc.) under identified NAICS and company profile to include, CAGE Code, UEI number. If your company desires to submit questions or comments on any of the attachments, provide inputs no later than 1600 CST, 11 July 2025. Please submit any questions to both the primary and secondary points of contact. Failure to respond to both points of contact listed above may cause your question to not be answered. No extensions will be made on this sources sought other than to post the answers to questions received by industry.
