The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Southern Markets Contracting Division (SMCD), San Antonio, Texas, is issuing a solicitation for Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Centers (IRMAC). This requirement consists of nonpersonal services; these services include, Appointment Clerks/Referral Management Clerks, Referral Management Registered Nurses (RNs), Referral Management Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), a Service Provider Manager (SPM), a Supervisor, and Leads; a total of seventy-two (72) FTEs. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing IRMAC services in support of all Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) for the Florida Panhandle, comprised of Eglin Air Force Base, Tyndall Air Force Base, Hurlburt Field, and Naval Hospital Pensacola (NHP), Florida. The period of performance for this requirement is three (3) years and five (5) months (one 5-month base period with three 12-month option periods). This requirement is being solicitated as an 8(a) competitive contract, resulting in one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Level of Effort (LOE) award as a result of tradeoff evaluation of proposals.
