This solicitation's purpose is to obtain quotes for delivery and installation of the items detailed in the attached solication and Statement of Work. This requirement will be evaluated using Price, Technical and Delivery. Evalatuion and award will be based on the procedures in FAR Part 13. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and award a contract without discussions, but reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government reserves the right to make no award as a result of this solicitation. A Quoter is expected to submit sufficient information in response to the RFQ to allow for the evaluation of their quotation.
