This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT9408-22-Q-0023. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06 are incorporated. It is the Quoter’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable provisions and clauses. The provisions and clauses may be accessed in full text at Acquisition.gov (https://www.acquisition.gov/content/regulations). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339114, Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing, with a small business size of 750 (size standards in number of employees). The requirement will be fulfilled as unrestricted. Funds are presently NOT available for this effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Southern Market Contracting Division (SMCD) is issuing this RFQ on behalf of the 97 MGD located on Altus Air Force Base.
